Returning to the hotel after a day out in scorching 36-degree heat felt like a comforting escape to a refined and spacious room. The hotel's room was elegantly furnished, offering a fine space to even conduct meetings, although I tended to prefer the terrace or the internal areas for such gatherings. The location was fantastic, close to major attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, making sightseeing a breeze. The service was exceptional, with every staff member, especially Giulia, Antonio, George, and Nairi, being incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful. The dining experience was satisfactory, particularly suitable for current times, offering a lovely selection served from early morning to midday. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful stay despite a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was just what I needed. The room was perfect for working, and I loved the terrace for meetings. The bathroom setup was fantastic, complete with eco-friendly toiletries and a great hairdryer. The hotel was spotless and cozy. The hotel was charming and helpful in everything, offering everything including a solid hairdryer, which is important for ladies. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the best I've ever had in Rome. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, with each and every staff member being so nice. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and so easy to come and go from, just a couple of hundred meters to the Trevi fountain. The dining experience was with a good variety, currently served a la carte. The facilities were great, close to the metro station and provided coffee and tea after they clean.
