Returning to the hotel after a day out in scorching 36-degree heat felt like a comforting escape to a refined and spacious room. The location was fantastic, close to major attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, making sightseeing a breeze. The service was exceptional, with every staff member, especially Giulia, Antonio, George, and Nairi, being incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful. The dining experience was satisfactory, particularly suitable for current times, offering a lovely selection served from early morning to midday. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful stay despite a few minor drawbacks.
